NXP Cup, an autonomous car competition, is designed to provide students an uncommon experience with autonomous vehicles. The model autonomous vehicles used in NXP Cup are small and priced for students—but offer students the valuable opportunity to use real-world autonomous vehicle software in a competitive setting.

NXP Cup self-driving robot
Just like an autonomous vehicle, your car will sense, think and act. Using a camera sensor integrated with the motor control system, your vehicle will sense its environment and autonomously navigate and propel through the race course.
The low-cost entry kit comes equipped with NXP components that are used in cars on the road today. All you need is basic embedded software programming and circuitry knowledge and the willingness to learn.
